[Mono-list] Launching Monodoc

Launching Monodoc from the terminal works fine.  However, launching
from the menu item under "Applications" (I'm running Ubuntu) gives me
an error dialog with:

Details: Failed to execute child process "${exec_prefix}/bin/monodoc"
(No such file or directory)

Any ideas?
