Mono can compile simple ASP .Net pages written in VB.
We have not tested yet with any ASP .Net application.
You can try compiling your application in mono and post problems
(incase any) 
to the mailing list or file a bug report on mbas in bugzilla
(bugzilla.ximian.com)
