[Mono-list] Documentation tool

Hi all,

As what I heard on IRC, I am not the only one that dislikes in-code
comments. That's why I'm going to write a documentation tool, that
uses Reflection and/or and XML doc file to edit documentation, and
save it as XML doc file.

But, are there any .NET classes that are designed specifically to
read/write the XML doc files? If so, how are they called, and how well
are they supported in Mono?

I hope this tool may serve the Mono users well!
