Right now, you don't.  Monodoc depends on gecko-sharp, which doesn't run
on Windows.

Actually, gecko-sharp *can* run on Windows; someone was working on it
earlier this week on IRC.  However, it sounds like it's in an alpha
state (if that), and it likely won't be completed before December.
