Sorry JXTA is a p2p development framework it is not an application server.

As such (but I could be wrong) I believe it is JMX, J2EE and JMS that is
used within JBoss and not as far as I am aware JXTA (jeez there are too
many J's in that last statement)

However the idea of anyone working on an application server would be a
definite plus, especially as well lack anything that give us a real
*winning platform over windows at the moment, perhaps starting with the
XSP server, filling in the blanks in System.EnterpriseServices, a decent
message queuing system and other bits of infrastructure can help bring
this up to scratch.
