[Mono-list] SSCLI book!!!

Hi all,

I have a Q! Is it really dangerous to read “Shared Source CLI Essentials” 
book? What I remember that I heared that hacking SSCLI and understanding 
their implementation is not good, since you are not allowed then to use what 
you understand in any other implementation such as ::mono. Is that true!!!

If yes, why there is no as good book as this one for ::mono. (The book is 
getting 5 stars from most of the readers)
