Yes, I'm using it on NetBSD 2.0_BETA.

You should^wcould try the pkgsrc ( http://www.pkgsrc.org/ ) version. It=20
should work on {Net,Free,Open}BSD. I've only tested it on NetBSD 2.0,=20
though. If you don't want to use pkgsrc for some reason you could use the=20
patches since not all have been forwarded to the mono developers yet=20
(working on it..).
