[Mono-list] SQLDataReader error

I get the following error:

I believe it is caused by the following statement:

if (!(Reader.HasRows)) return "";		//Specified job wasn't
found

Is this a bug in mini, SQLDataReader, or "a loose nut behind the wheel"?
