[Mono-list] Windows installer - please test - Take 2

Just installed it. Here's what I noticed:

1) If using with JP Software's 4NT command interpreter (my standard), mcs
and mono will close the shell when they terminate.
2) When trying to run a SWF application, I got the following error:
  C:\Documents and Settings\Schnuki\Desktop>mono FormsTest.exe
  The assembly mscorlib.dll was not found or could not be loaded.
  It should have been installed in the
`c:/cygwin/home/Propietario/go-mono/install/lib' directory.

I also tried the uninstall, worked fine.
