[Mono-list] Handle daemon?

My CFLAGS weren't extreme, only -march=pentium4 -O2
-fomit-frame-pointers and -fprefetch-loop-arrays.
I noticed something peculiar: It doesn't happen when running mono as
root. Does the handle daemon require access to some specific part of my
system? When I run Mono as root, all is good. Maybe this is kernel related?
I can also set the environment variable MONO_DISABLE_SHM=1, but that
causes MonoDevelop and other apps to randomly segfault.
Thanks for helping...
Yours,
Simon
