[Mono-list] Documentation on the web site

Links on the documentation web site are not working. The Mono handbook, Part 2, 
Section 3, Installation on Windows section for example. I'd give a URL, but all 
I get is http://www.go-mono.com:8080/ in the browser. Most of the working links 
display a "transferring data from www.go-mono.com..." message after downloading 
what I think is all, if not most, of the page. Tested with IE and Mozilla.

Does anyone have a link to the offline documentation for downloading? I've had a 
good look, but can't find any.
