[Mono-list] asp.net or php

An event model to build pages really works well. The php I used was =
pretty much, build your own handlers for button presses and text changes =
on a drop down list.
If you use Visual Studio, a lot of power is available to you. I don't =
know how much the other IDEs integrate ASP.NET and code generation.
The main issue is your target audience and your target machine. If the =
target runs Linux, you should do scalability and performance tests with =
ASP.NET using mono to make sure everything is ok. The same applies to =
PHP by the way.
