[Mono-list] Monodoc has some broken links

The Mono Handbook is currently not maintained, it is very old, and
contains so many factual errors that it causes more problems than it
solves, so I have taken it down.

If you are interested in the materials, you can pull it from anonymous
cvs from module `monkeyguide', the HTML lives there.
