[Mono-list] Winforms on RedHat 7.3

I developed an application with Visual Studio .NET and
I would like to make it work on Linux RedHat 7.3. Is
there a way to make the 
"Mono + wine" last releases work on RH7.3 or is it
only available on RH8 & 9 ? 
If it is avaiblable on RH 7.3, could you give me an
address where I could download all I need to install ?
