[Mono-list] vb support

Maybe some VB stuff is usefull, especially the VB namespace in the framework 
(Microsoft.VisualBasic, don't really renember)

However, a compiler is not really _needed_. VB programs compiled to IL (as 
usual) should already run on mono without special problems afaik.

Foor the IDE, I really hope #develop comes to linux/mono soon, and its VB 
tools are already quite good (dont't mention the Forms Designer, i know). 
That will allow more serious VB development with linux.

Anyways, I'm sticking with C#, for me it makes the code easier to read. (VB 
source files tend to get so full, and C# looks a bit cleaner in the way of 
beginning and ending 'sections': { and } :P)
