[Mono-list] Can't build a project using nant + mono 0.26 in Windows

In first place and seeing the error message i need to think that is a 
mono problem :)

It works if i copy the mono lib directory to 
C:/cygwin/home/Administrator/monodist/, but it's not the best option ;) :)
