[Mono-list] Novell Announces Agreement to Acquire SUSE Linux

Novell acquires after Ximian now SuSE Linux AG.
Have a look at:

I don't know how this will match.

Ximian creates (like RedHat) GNOME-Software. But SuSE is specialized to KDE.
Ximian creates OpenSource software like XD2, Mono, Evolution. Thats the same 
stategy like RedHat. RedHats distribution is completly OpenSource.
SuSE on the other side used the not OpenSource Yast for 
installation/configuration.

So, I think, Ximian is closer to RedHat, then to SuSE.

But now Ximian and SuSE are both under one roof part of Novell. :-/
