[Mono-list] Mono 0.24 ASP.NET Doesn't work

I built Mono 0.24 from RPMs on RedHat 9.0 and everything went fine on the
builds.  Mod_Mono also built OK.  But when I try to run an ASP.NET page on
the Web Server, none of the C# code executes, I just get the Html.
