[Mono-list] Win2k install of mono-0.24

Just remove the files from $MONO_INSTALL_PATH/bin:
mcs, mono etc... all the script files.
Let there remain only
mcs.exe, mono.exe etc.
Do a "vi c:/gnu/mono-0.24/mcs" and you'll know what I mean.
