[Mono-list] Which postgres client library?

http://www.go-mono.com/postgresql.html says that 
Mono.Data.PostgreSqlClient is "Deprecated in favor of Npgsql" but also 
says that "You can use Npgsql with Mono (Thanks Kristis Makris). It is 
not working perfectly."

Which of the two libraries is better for working with Postgres *today*?

Also, are there HTML-format API docs for either of them (or for Mono as 
a whole) online anywhere? Any documentation on what exactly is "not 
working perfectly" with Npgsql on Mono?
