[Mono-list] Moving from .NET to Mono on Linux

This will depend a lot on your application.  Mono's ASP.NET
implementation is maturing rapidly, but there are certainly holes.  For
instance version 0.17 was not able to run IBuySpy, but the CVS version
does.

Ximian could, but it is still an early stage deployment.
