[Mono-list] Mercury on Mono (not successful)

%SYSTEMROOT%\assembly\GAC\<namespace>\<version>_<culture>_<publickeytoken>.

where SYSTEMROOT can be taken from environment variable. There's also some
API to get it, but I don't
remember it right now.
