[Mono-list] Mono 0.20 in Fink

OK, I've updated my mono package (that was previously in my 
experimental tree) to 0.20 and put it in Fink unstable now.  There is 
not yet a package for mcs, and no JIT, but it's a start.  =)

If anyone manages to get mcs working I'd be happy to package that up in 
Fink as well, just let me know.
