Is it just me, but I can't find the 0.26 release for Windows? The announcement http://lists.ximian.com/archives/public/mono-announce-list/2003-August/000060.html talks about Windows, but there is no Windows setup program on the download page: http://www.go-mono.com/download.html like in previous releases.
