[Mono-list] Implementation of *Attribute Classes forMicrosoft.VisualBasic

Don't worry about it.  I figured it would be kinda strange that they
wouldn't be there; ah well.  It served as a nice intro to C# :P

Also, helped me kill a couple of spare minutes I had...

Alas, the reason I chose those classes was because I don't know that much
about C#.  But still, would be nice to see my name up in lights (so to
speak), so I'll poke around and see if I can find any classes/methods that
don't look too hard. ^_^
