I've updated my limited checked exception proposal to include the
following:

  - access to protected state from subclasses outside an assembly
  - nested exceptions, including generic and specific iterator 
    exceptions 
  - clarify handling of interfaces, virtual methods, and delegates
    as exception source contracts
