[Mono-list] CopyTo

Hi all,

I found next problem with CopyTo method. First consider it as LAMEDOC and than found, it is already described in class/doc/API-notes under Array.CopyTo. This method seems to be reworked to be same as MS implementation (not docs).

But the same problem is probably in every CopyTo method in other classes. I found it in StringCollection class (System.Collection.Specialized - assembly System). [NAnt used this method and throws exception when runs without argument]

Should I mark this as a bug?

PS: this issue is same on tonight's snaphot - so no other 0.15 oldie (I hope)
