I was using mono 0.15. Now I try tonight's snapshot and INTERNAL ERROR message disappers :)

There are still issue with non-implemented Assembly manifest info = [assembly:blahblah] attributes
(try nant -help and see first line. It is the same on nant from mono code tree)
