[Mono-list] Help needed with XSLT transformations (documentation browser)

I put the latest version of the output up at

I didn't manage to get the member lists working this weekend (DRAT!).  I
probably won't have time to work on them again much until Thursday. 
They should be pretty cool.  I hope they're worth the wait.

As far as I can tell, once I get the member pages working, the structure
will be complete.  After that it's just style, baby, style.
