[Mono-list] C# syntax highlighting for Kate

Actually scite(which is a demo for scintilla(which is what anjuta uses)) 
has had syntax highliting for C# for a while now. So in theory you could 
get anjuta to understand C# relatively easily.

PS, scite is the lightest, coolest editor on linux or windows :) 
Highlights every language worth using.
