[Mono-list] C# syntax highlighting for Kate

Actually, I've already created and submitted a C# syntax file for Kate awhile 
ago.  You should see this file in recent versions of Kate ...  Your version 
has some features that I missed so I'll try and add them and commit them as 
soon as possible (KDE's cvs is in a freeze because of the impending release 
:-)  Thanks a lot!
