How does a .NET application check whether its being run on top of Mono
instead of the MS .NET Platform?
Also, how do you code something to incorporate functionalities of the
Mono platform libraries that MS Platform may not have and still have it
run safely (i.e., run without throwing an Exception or unknown
instructions or something) on MS .NET Platform?
