[Mono-list] Doc about MONO_PATH

Hi!

Here is a suggestion of an addition to the mint and mono man-pages with
information about MONO_PATH.

.SH ENVIRONMENT VARIABLES
.TP
.I "MONO_PATH"
Provides a search path to mono and mint where to look for library files.
Directories are separated by colons. Example:
.B /home/magru/lib:.:/usr/local/mono/lib

I suggest to put this before the FILES section.
