[Mono-list] more site update

[Christophe VG]

We have expanded our site to multiple pages. With this little publishing
framework in place we now are going for ...

1. continued focus on the "first steps" idea
2. continued focus on RPMS of the Mono:: project
3. bringing a lot of information together concerning .NET, Mono:: and C#
   found while working on the first two items.
