[Mono-list] first steps become first RPMs (precompiled mono runtime on win32?)

  How about a Win32 precompiled Mono runtime package?
I can compile the mcs, but not the runtime.
Maybe this will help some people to start with some .NET development 
using mono (on class libraries or other applications).
