Eventually we will replicate all the class libraries in the .NET
Framework, but other than that, there are no more concrete plans to
implement the enterpriseserver namespace.

It is possible to do it, indeed, the enterprise stuff is pretty straight
forward and easy to implement.  As you well point out, it requires bits
of a runtime, some of those bits were implemented in Bonobo/CORBA in
GNOME in the past.
