I disagree. I believe the majority of first-release .NET apps will either be
entirely server-side applications (probably leveraging ASP.net or Web
Services), or a mix of client-side and server-side.

I doubt we will ever get to the point where 99% of .NET code is Windows
Forms (unless by "app" you really meant "client side application").

Although we disagree on quantity, we agree on result. No Windows Forms = not
many Windows people moving code to Linux.
