[Mono-list] mcs references MS.Net DLL's by default ?

I am trying to compile some C# files using mcs on
Windows. When I did ildasm on the generated .exe, I
can see it referencing mscorlib.dll (MS.NET), but not
the Mono's corlib.dll.
So, I explicitly tried to compile against corlib.dll
as
mcs -r corlib.dll test.cs,
it compiled, but still it references mscorlib.dll.
How I can force mcs to reference Mono's dlls rather
than MS.Net ?
And also it expects the corlib.dll should appear in
C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.0.3705. So, this
path is hardcoded some where. Any idea where that path
could be hardcoded ?
Thanks,
Madhuri
