You missed the simplest of the tasks ;)

There are too many bugs/TODO's in the class libraries.

Go through the *.cs files in corlib one by one, keep the ECMA class 
documentation handy and report any anomalies/problems you find in the code.

All you need is a basic understanding of C-Sharp(java will do too ;) and
lots
of free time.

Post the problems on the list. Better post the pathches :)
