[Mono-list] step 2 ...

Hi all,

with the VES in place (running linux) it seems a good time to look into
the possibilities. I'd like to feed it some "executables". So I'll be
setting up a VS.NET hopefully later today. But I was wondering if there
was some sort of CIL compiler that takes the "readable" assembler and
dumps the opcodes into an "executable" ?

This way I could "brush up" my CIL knowledge :) and test the
self-emitted code on the VES. Or do I have to convert the "readable"
instructions into "less-readable/executable" opcodes myself ?

Thanks in advance.

It is ridiculous to claim that video games
influence children. Nonsense!

For instance, if PacMan affected kids born in the
eighties, we should by now have a bunch of teenagers
who run around in darkened rooms and eat pills while
listening to monotonous electronic music.
