[Mono-list] next mono .8 build problem on cygwin

[John Benninghoff]

I just used the tar file that was referenced on the
Mono download/build page.  It just had binaries.  Alex
G.'s  GLIB binaries referenced here:

I'll look for glib source and build on cygwin.  :-(
