Did you compile glib yourself? You may not have included the support for
gmodule somehow. Or you may have used an old binary that didn't have the
file included for some reason.
Solution for 1: rebuild glib and make sure support for gmodule is
included and installed.
Solution for 2: check if there is an update binary that includes all the
files.
