* Implement an xmlStorageSystem for the CLI:

I thought the following links might be useful; these are two packages I've
written:


* Python Community Server:
    - http://rcs.myelin.cjb.net/ <-- test site
    - http://pycs.sourceforge.net/ <-- development

This is an MIT-licensed xmlStorageSystem server, plus various other bits and
pieces.  (Complete and working reasonably well).


* phpStorageSystem
    - http://pss.myelin.cjb.net/ <-- test site
    - http://pss.sourceforge.net/ <-- development (only cvs at
http://sf.net/projects/pss so far)

This is the start of an MIT-licensed xmlStorageSystem server.  (About 1/4
done so far).
