I can grant you a CVS account (http://www.go-mono.com/ccvs.html) for you
to check these files in.  But before you check these classes into CVS
please talk with Jason and Kral and make sure that the new classes do
not break their compile/regression tests setup, because the Xml classes
are actively being worked on.

It will take me longer than usual to open the cvs account, as I am
traveling currently, but it should not be more than 24 hours.  In the
meantime, lets get the discussion started.
