[Mono-list] jb port to c# alpha release

Hi all,

I just released our first alpha version of the jb to c# port on sourceforge:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/jb2csharp

It's rough around the edges, but it works.  Well, at least it works for the
simple calculator example given with the original.  I converted this
example's scanner and lexer to use C# actions, and it works fine.

There's quite a bit of testing to be done yet, so I'm hoping others will
have a look, try it out and make comments.
