I think the copyright issues were cleared up.  At this point though, I
am not sure how much we would benefit, since we do have most a good
sizable chunk of the code specified there with actual implementations.

We do have a signature verifier done to check our compiler (and also to
check this ;-)

It lives in mcs/tools/verifier.cs.  Sergey wrote it
