[Mono-list] mcs/class/System.* and mcs/class/corlib/System.* -- also System.Net.Sockets

Hi,

Sorry for the newbie question, but I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.

What decides whether something goes in mcs/class/System.* or
mcs/class/corlib/System.*?

All the stuff I've read seems to say that everything goes in corlib, but
there seem to be a lot of System.* classes in mcs/class/.

(I'm personally looking at implementing bits of System.Net.Sockets, but I
haven't looked at it much yet, so it'll be a while before anything happens.
Is anyone working on that class at the moment?  Andrew Sutton's name is in a
few files, but not on the maintainers list...)
