In my dream I think of a XML database with full transaction support for 
XQuerys, but in reality, the current situation is better served by separate 
XML Documents.

Do it. If you canŽt, tell me, and IŽll volunteer to do it. But perhaps we 
have part of it done somewhere else can somebody give directions?
