[Mono-list] Queue class

I have implemented the System.Collections.Queue class. The result is
here:
http://webs.ono.com/rfp/Queue.cs

I have done this while learning C# and initially I didn't know if I
was going to finish it and I didn't check the class status page (I
didn't find the implementation in the released tarball and assumed that
nobody wanted to do it, sorry. I needed an easy class to start).

Iain@ximian.com is listed as the maintainer of that class. If he has
already implemented it, then you can just ignore my class. Otherwise,
you can use it if you want.

I haven't tested the class (bacause I have no compiler or
runtime...). It seems to be correctly parsed with the Portable .NET
compiler, but I can't guarantee anything. Tomorrow I will try to write a
test class for if.

BTW: there is a mono-classes-list, and I have subscribed to it just
a few minutes ago, but I can't get to the archives of that list. Is that
list really active?
