[Mono-list] XmlNode & descendants

I've checked with jason@injektilo.org, who is doing some of the other
Xml stuff, and I think it won't clash if I do some of the XmlNode
subclasses.

Sign me up for these, to start:

System.Xml.XmlDocument
System.Xml.XmlAttribute
System.Xml.XmlAttributeCollection
System.Xml.XmlNode
System.Xml.XmlElement

I'm sure there will be other classes that I need to at least stub out,
in order to get these to compile, but let's see how I do on the ones I
mentioned, first.
